 Introduction                  India is considered one of the potential superpowers of the world . But the literacy rate of India in 1947 is just 18% . After a very long period of reforms and policies, India reached the literacy rate of 77.70% .  Development of Adult Literacy             Kerala was declared a fully literated state in 1991 where 90% of people can read and write.
